Cinco de Mayo

This is a game by Booming Games, based on Mexican culture, and while it uses a more basic design than you might be used to, it does look very good indeed. The color scheme is light in tone, and there is a banner fluttering around in the street to the left of the reels. There are only three reels in play here, but you have nine lines to play on, which is good news.

Cinco de Mayo has a good assortment of icons, including tacos, cocktails, and people celebrating in various ways. The piñata scatter makes a good addition to the reels, as does the bird acting as a wild symbol.

A single-page paytable reveals this slot has little in the way of special features, although Mobilots (the game's creator) has done well to make it quite appealing. There is a chance to win some free spins, for example, if you can get three or more of those piñata scatters to appear anywhere. Wilds substitute for all but the pinatas, and that's about it. But it is a lot of fun for the occasional spin.
