We were wondering that ourselves when we saw the main screen for this new game from Play’N Go. It doesn’t reveal much, other than the possibility of a game set in space. So, were we right about that?
Well, this is an unusual game as it uses an unusual format of 7 x 7 – yes, seven reels. You need to get five or more matching symbols – they all appear as mini monsters – to secure a prize. That means there are no paylines here – you just need to get connecting groups of matching symbols to win. That makes the rules in Reactoonz quite easy to work out if you manage to figure out how everything works.
There are some cool features in this game from Play’N Go, such as the Gargantoon, which you will see on the right as you play. This is essentially a giant wild, but do read the instructions to see how it works. We think you will like it whenever it appears, though! Other features include Quantum Leap, which can trigger effects including Implosion, Demolition (sounds like fun!), Incision, and Alteration. This may look similar to some other games out there that ask you to find matching groups of symbols, but the extra features in Reactoonz put this in a category of its own.
