The 3D game looks great, and takes you out into the open. Van Pelt seems to be an adventurer, and you will see his tent on the reels, among other things. His jeep also appears, and you will come across some animals on your travels across the reels, too. There are 30 lines here, and random wilds can appear on the second and fourth reels. These are random because they deliver a multiplier worth between x2 and x10.
You can trigger some free spins if you get the monkey, zebra, and gorilla in any order on the first reel. Choose an animal to go wild for the free spins and to ensure it gets a x2 multiplier in play, too. You can also win prizes for getting three identical symbols on a reel. When this occurs, a credit prize is awarded before the winning icons collapse, allowing others to take their place. You must wager on all the lines to be in with a shot of benefiting from this, though.
Finally, watch out for the bonus icon, which is Van Pelt looking through some binoculars. If this appears on the first, third, and fifth reels, you get to hunt for somewhere to go on safari. Keep choosing locations until the collect message appears, at which point you go back to the main game.
